My Paper Bead Story

In 2017, during a time of major change, I found myself back at my mom’s house with a newborn daughter, Aurora. Surrounded by uncertainty, my mom suggested I clear out the garage—and I stumbled upon stacks of paper I'd collected over the years. A love for paper and crafting had always brought me comfort, so I started rolling beads, a soothing, familiar practice.

One day, I had a thought: What if I added words? Affirmations, intentions, and encouragement. With each bead I rolled, those words repeated in my mind, and something shifted within me. They grounded me, reminded me of my strength, and gave me the clarity to move forward.

What began as a simple craft became a healing practice, helping me rebuild and reconnect with my purpose. I moved back to Hawaii, where Aurora had been born, with a fresh vision—to share these intention-filled pieces with others, so they, too, could feel the power of words and intention.

Each paper bead now carries that same energy of transformation. More than jewelry, they’re reminders of our strength, direction, and the quiet power of intention.
