Hi, I’m Merilee—creator, maker, and the hands behind every piece of intentional jewelry at Meristic.
My work began during a challenging chapter of motherhood, when creating with my hands became a way to find steadiness, hope, and a sense of myself again. What started as a small outlet grew into something meaningful: hand-rolled paper word beads infused with intention, paired with natural gemstones chosen for their supportive properties.
Each piece became a reminder that healing can be simple, gentle, and something you carry with you.
Today, every bracelet, necklace, and keychain is handcrafted by me here in Hawai‘i—and each purchase plants one tree.
Motherhood, Purpose & Why I Do This
My daughter, Aurora, is woven into everything I do. We homeschool, create together, and she even handmakes her own bracelets through our TheMommyDaughterDuo.com project.
This business exists because of her—because I wanted a life filled with creativity, presence, and purpose. A life where healing is part of everyday living: learning, softening, beginning again.

How Healing Became Part of My Work
As I created jewelry, I was also rebuilding myself—studying energy work, intention, nervous system support, and the science of emotional healing. I came to understand something simple but life-changing:
Healing isn’t a luxury. It’s a homecoming.
Over time, my personal practice grew into something I felt called to offer others. My energy sessions are gentle, grounded, and practical—no theatrics, no pressure, no “woo.” Just calm, supportive work to help you feel clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
